Hey! Let’s go back to 2021, when I had just graduated from high school. Back then, I had no clue what major to choose at Universitas Advent Indonesia. I even thought about studying Theology since my dad is a pastor, but after a lot of thinking, I ended up choosing Computer Science and followed in my older brother David Simbolon’s footsteps. I knew absolutely nothing about coding or technology at the time. During my first few semesters, I spent most of my time learning, getting stuck in tutorial hell, and writing thousands of lines of code. Looking back, I'm really glad I never gave up. I'm also incredibly grateful to have a friend and mentor, petershaan.net, whose work continues to inspire me and reminds me that there's always more to learn.
